• All plans require a 24-month contract.
• Symmetrical upload and download speeds apply only to the 30Mbps and 100Mbps plans.
• Calls are charged at 12 sen per minute to all fixed and mobile numbers nationwide.
• Call charges are billed separately from your monthly subscription fee.
• Devices provided may vary depending on the selected plan.
• Any applicable bill discounts apply only to the monthly subscription fee. Other charges such as voice calls, deposits, and add-ons remain applicable.
• Sunway Digital Wave reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Our packages are only available in selected locations. We are working on it everyday to bring it closer to you.

We would like to clarify that SunwayNet Broadband Service is provided on a “best effort” basis. As stated in our General Terms, there are instances where we may need to interrupt, modify, or temporarily suspend some or all of our services due to maintenance, upgrades, or repairs of the Sunway Digital Wave (SDW) Network, or the third-party networks we interconnect with to provide our services. In such cases, we strive to restore the network as quickly as possible. If faults in the SDW Network affect service, we make every effort to resolve them promptly. However, as outlined in our terms, no compensation is payable for such interruptions or factors that may affect the service.
